2021 Registration Pricing

Step 1: Book Your Hotel


New
this year, book your stay at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas – the host hotel for The 2021 INCOMPAS Show – by September 24, 2021, and save up to $100 on registration! In order to receive the discount during the registration process, you must:

  1. Book your stay at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas by September 24, 2021
  2. Have your hotel confirmation code ready during registration

You will need to book your hotel stay PRIOR to starting your registration. Once you have a hotel confirmation code, you will be able to register for the show at the discounted rate. 

NOTE: Discounted registration and guaranteed hotel conference rates are only available until September 24, 2021.

Cancellation Policy
INCOMPAS will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100, for any cancellations received in writing on or before October 1, 2021. Cancellations should be directed to registration@incompas.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from INCOMPAS on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 10 days of date cancellation received to the original form of payment. After October 1, 2021, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@incompas.org. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.


Suitcasing Notice
Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business during The INCOMPAS Show in public spaces, including a hotel room, hotel suite or the hotel lobby during The INCOMPAS Show hours without being a registered participant of The INCOMPAS Show. Suitcasing is also considered any commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, club or any other public place of assembly while not being a registered attendee of The INCOMPAS Show. INCOMPAS registrants are being asked not to meet with anyone that is not officially registered for The INCOMPAS Show and anyone soliciting business in this way during The INCOMPAS Show will be asked to leave immediately.
 

List Solicitations
If you receive an email offering a list or database of INCOMPAS conference attendees and/or exhibitors, please do not respond. These solicitations are unauthorized and not sanctioned by INCOMPAS. We do not sell our list of conference attendees and exhibitors to any party, nor have we given approval to any entity to use such lists. If you do receive such lists, please let us know at registration@incompas.org.
