Access to high-speed internet and the networks needed to support it have never been more critical. COVID-19 has put a greater spotlight on the broadband gaps that still exist as the country has had to educate and work from home. To address these needs, Congress, as well as other federal, state and local agencies, are making funds available for broadband deployment through a variety of funding programs. Join us for this panel of industry representatives for a discussion of the funding that is available, what is still under consideration and why it is critical that funding from government programs are directed in ways that support the broadband and infrastructure needs of the country. This session will address the transformative nature of the funding available, the application process and requirements for accessing the various funds, as well as the partnering opportunities being made available as these funds are used to build out networks.
