The shift to remote learning brought about by the current COVID crisis has increased the urgency of finding technological solutions to ensure that students, their families and educators have access to adequate and affordable broadband connections. Sustainable solutions should take advantage of advances in infrastructure deployment, wireless technology, spectrum availability, edge compute, and security solutions in addition to the devices and applications that run over these essential networks. This discussion will address how shared infrastructure supports educational connectivity, including the use of CBRS, to meet educational needs on campus and throughout local communities.
