The 2020 INCOMPAS Show is going virtual! After much deliberation, INCOMPAS has made the decision to move to an all-virtual event this fall.

Cancellation Policy: All INCOMPAS Show ConnectIN passes are non-refundable.

Logging in to ConnectIN
If you were originally registered for the in-person INCOMPAS Show, your registration has already been converted to a ConnectIN pass and you should have received a confirmation email with your unique login link. If not, please email registration@incompas.org or click here and select "Forgot Password."

To access ConnectIN, click on the link provided in your ConnectIN confirmation email. This email will be sent to you within 30 minutes of registering. This link is personalized just for you, so please do not forward this email.

When you log into ConnectIN, you will be prompted to create your own password and update your ConnectIN profile with any additional information. Please note, you will be required to log in each time you enter ConnectIN. 


In-Person Registration and Hotel Cancellations
All registrations for The 2020 INCOMPAS Show, September 14-16, in Las Vegas, have already been converted to a ConnectIN pass and will be refunded the in-person registration cost minus The INCOMPAS Show ConnectIN pass ($150 for members or $195 for non-members). You will receive a confirmation of the registration refund from the INCOMPAS team by Friday, August 7.

Similarly, all hotel reservations made at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will be automatically cancelled and refunded the initial reservation deposit. You should receive notice from The Cosmopolitan of these changes by Friday, August 7. If you do not, please contact us at registration@incompas.org.  Any reservations made at The Cosmopolitan not using the INCOMPAS booking link will need to be cancelled directly with the hotel. Please note, The Cosmopolitan has currently updated its cancellation policy to allow for full refunds up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival will result in a forfeit of the initial reservation deposit.


List Solicitations

If you receive an email offering a list or database of INCOMPAS conference attendees and/or exhibitors, please do not respond. These solicitations are unauthorized and not sanctioned by INCOMPAS. We do not sell our list of conference attendees and exhibitors to any party, nor have we given approval to any entity to use such lists. If you do receive such lists, please let us know at registration@incompas.org.
