INCOMPAS Members Save Big!

Government Employees
Employees of federal, state and local government agencies are eligible for discounted registration. Email registration@incompas.org to provide proof of government employment to receive a discounted rate of $385.


Cancellation Policy
INCOMPAS will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100, for any cancellations received in writing on or before September 30, 2024. Cancellations should be directed to registration@incompas.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from INCOMPAS on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 10 days of date cancellation received to the original form of payment. After September 30, 2024, there will be no refunds for registrations canceled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@incompas.org. Hotel reservations must be canceled separately and directly with the hotel.

Suitcasing Notice
Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business during The INCOMPAS Show in public spaces, including a hotel room, hotel suite or the hotel lobby during The INCOMPAS Show hours without being a registered participant of The INCOMPAS Show. Suitcasing is also considered any commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, club or any other public place of assembly while not being a registered attendee of The INCOMPAS Show. INCOMPAS registrants are being asked not to meet with anyone that is not officially registered for The INCOMPAS Show and anyone soliciting business in this way during The INCOMPAS Show will be asked to leave immediately.

List Solicitations
If you receive an email offering a list or database of INCOMPAS conference attendees and/or exhibitors, please do not respond. These solicitations are unauthorized and not sanctioned by INCOMPAS. We do not sell our list of conference attendees and exhibitors to any party, nor have we given approval to any entity to use such lists. If you do receive such lists, please let us know at registration@incompas.org.
