EXHIBITING & MEETING SPACE OPPORTUNITIES

 

The 2018 INCOMPAS Show offers a variety of exhibit and meeting space options, designed to fit your unique needs. For more details, download the 2018 prospectus.

All meeting spaces and exhibits will be located in the Expo Hall to provide both sponsors and attendees maximum convenience. We have a limited number of meeting rooms located off of the show floor that will be provided on a first come, first served basis. All company employees attending the show must be registered.

    

All Exhibit and Meeting Spaces include:

  • 5 full conference registrations and 5 full conference registrations for guests
    Additional full conference registrations may be purchased at the discounted rate of $500.
  • Pre- and post-show attendee list to include name, title, company, city, state, ZIP and country.
    Email addresses will be provided in the post-show list for attendees who opt-in.
  • Inclusion in INCOMPAS Show Guide
  • Listing on space locator signage
  • Online listing on the INCOMPAS Show website
  • Access to the INCOMPAS Deal Center

Are you looking to exhibit with us for the first time? Take advantage of our First-Time Exhibitor Package, which includes:

  • Tabletop Exhibit (6' table and 2 chairs)  Branding is limited to one(1) pop-up floor sign and a tabletop display. 
  • 2 full conference registrations and 2 full conference registrations for guests.
    Additional passes may be purchased at a discounted rate of $500.
  • Pre- and post-show attendee list, to include name, title, company, city, state, ZIP and country.
    Email addresses will be provided, in the post-show list, of attendees who opt-in.
