The INCOMPAS Show offers a variety of exhibit and meeting space options, designed to fit your unique needs. For more details, download the 2019 prospectus.

All meeting spaces and exhibits will be located in the Expo Hall to provide both sponsors and attendees maximum convenience. We have a limited number of meeting rooms located off of the show floor that will be provided on a first come, first served basis. All company employees attending the show must be registered.

First-Time Exhibitors

  • Tabletop Exhibit (6' table and 2 chairs)  Branding is limited to one (1) pop-up floor sign and a tabletop display.

** Companies are responsible for organizing room set-up, food and beverage requests directly with the venue.
*** Purchase of hotel suite requires a minimum show investment of $3,500. Minimum may be reached with the purchase of conference registrations, sponsorship opportunities, exhibits and/or meeting spaces.
